Prenatal Pilates

Prenatal Pilates is a great way to stay in shape and feel great throughout your pregnancy. These prenatal classes are designed specifically to compliment the changing needs of your body during pregnancy. Prenatal Pilates will increase your circulation and prepare your back, belly, and pelvis for childbirth. Women who practice Pilates during their pregnancies often have less lower back and pelvis pain, better mobility, easier deliveries, faster recoveries and experience less depression and stress.
